| 参数：
•字符串文本–要显示的浮动文本
•矢量颜色–RGB中的颜色<R，G，B>（<0.0，0.0，0.0>=黑色，<1.0，1.0，1.0>=白色）
•浮动α–从0.0（透明）到1.0（固体）（0.0<=α<=1.0）

| 返回值：“透明”和指定颜色的“半透明”显示在上面。
