|注意事项=在通道0[1]和调试通道上发送的消息被限制为每个区域、每个所有者/用户<200/10秒的速率。
一旦超过速率，信道0或调试信道上的所有以下消息将被丢弃，直到发送速率在前10秒再次低于200/10秒。丢弃的消息，尽管被丢弃，仍然要算在限制之内。
